Japan’s Beef Tongue👅 후쿠오카 야키니쿠 전문점에서 나왔던 우설입니다.
다진 파와 레몬을 올려 산뜻하게 즐기는 우설부터 두툼하게 썬 우설 사이에 파를 듬뿍 채워 구워내는 파 우설까지, 두 가지 우설 메뉴가 있었는데요. 노릇하게 구워내면 쫄깃한 우설에 파의 향과 은은한 단맛이 더해져 어우러집니다.
특선 코스에서는 와규의 다채로운 부위가 준비되었습니다. 솥밥도 맛있었어요.

From beef tongue topped with chopped green onions and lemon for a refreshing bite to thick-cut slices generously stuffed with green onions, both versions were memorable✨ Grilled until golden, the beef tongue’s pleasantly chewy texture pairs beautifully with the aroma and subtle sweetness of the green onions.
The special course lets you enjoy a variety of wagyu cuts, and the atmosphere was lovely, too.
