An unlicensed weight-loss drug still undergoing clinical trials in the US is being sold illegally online in the UK, with underground laboratories believed to be producing their own versions.
Sky News has found sellers offering bulk orders of retatrutide from China, with one woman from Yorkshire ending up in hospital after suffering a severe allergic reaction to a product she bought on Facebook.
