RIP MUM
This was one of our last walks with Grandma
Sadly last night 9pm eastern Australian time Mum / Nana passed away after a long battle with Dementia
She put up a fight and went the past 12 days without food 7 - almost 8 days without fluids and passed 6- almost 7 days with morphine to make sure she was kept comfortable
We love you Mum say hi to Nana Jugi Auntie Chris and give Molly a big hug and kiss for me
