비가 내리는 화요일,
괜히 마음까지 축 처지고 아무것도 하기 싫은 날이었어요.
이럴 때는 예쁜 것들을 꺼내놓고 천천히 다꾸를 하다 보면
복잡했던 마음도 조금씩 가라앉는 것 같아요.☺️

우울한 마음을 달래보고 싶어서
평소보다 핑크빛 가득한 감성다꾸를 해보았어요.🌷
붉은 장미와 핑크 꽃들을 하나씩 배치하고
레이어링하면서 페이지를 채워가는 시간이 참 좋았답니다.

특별한 일이 있었던 건 아니지만
그냥 마음이 가라앉는 날이 있잖아요.
그런 날에는 억지로 기분을 바꾸려고 하기보다
좋아하는 것들을 천천히 바라보며
나에게 작은 위로를 건네는 것도 좋은 방법인 것 같아요.💗

It was a rainy Tuesday, and for some reason, my heart felt a little heavier than usual.
On days like this, I find that taking out my favorite journaling supplies and slowly decorating a page helps me feel a little better. ☺️

Today, I wanted to comfort myself with something pretty, so I created a soft and romantic pink-themed journal spread. 🌷
I filled the pages with beautiful roses and pink flowers, layering each piece little by little and enjoying the process.

Sometimes, there doesn’t have to be a specific reason for feeling down.
There are simply days when our hearts feel a little tired.
Instead of forcing myself to feel better, I think it’s nice to slow down, enjoy the little things I love, and give myself a small moment of comfort. 💗

I hope you can relax and enjoy this video with the sound of the rain,
