Making Giotto Ice Cream Rolls: You Need To See This! | ASMR

I turn Giotto into satisfying Ice Cream Rolls, with ASMR built around the transformation from the very first move. The flavor starts with hazelnut and wafer, then the frozen transformation takes over.
Giotto is a small confection made with a crisp wafer shell, hazelnut cream, and roasted hazelnut pieces. I mix it into the ice cream on my -30°C frozen pan and use my two scrapers to create the smooth Ice Cream Rolls transformation. The tapping, crushing, spreading, scraping, and rolling bring plenty of ASMR triggers into the process while the changing texture keeps the result visual and satisfying.
I especially love the contrast between the crunchy Giotto pieces and the smooth frozen texture. If you enjoy ice cream ASMR, food ASMR, rolled ice cream, fried ice cream, and oddly satisfying food transformations, this one brings all of those elements together without taking the focus away from the actual Ice Cream Rolls.
At the end, I decorate the cup into a detailed finished dessert before tasting the Ice Cream Rolls in a mukbang moment. The final flavor is creamy, sweet, and strongly hazelnut-forward, with roasted nut notes and pieces of crisp wafer adding extra texture. I rate the taste with my final score.
