Spring onions.
150 grams of Cheddar cheese / 5.3 oz.
150 ml kefir or drinkable yogurt / 5 oz.
4 tablespoons of rolled oats.
3 tablespoons of flour.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder.
1 teaspoon of dried garlic.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
Salt and pepper mix.
Olive oil.
