Politics & Technology: Shaping technological societies | I study

What do algorithms have to do with fundamental rights? What career paths can a degree in Politics & Technology open up? And where’s the best place to relax after class? Kilian shares his experience of studying Politics & Technology at TUM.

The English-taught Master’s program combines perspectives from political science, engineering, and the natural sciences. Students explore how emerging technologies are reshaping politics, society, and democracy, and learn how to assess and shape technological change in an increasingly interconnected world. With an international and interdisciplinary focus, the program prepares graduates to tackle some of the most pressing challenges of the digital age.
