'Lives are at risk': Who slowed down Starshield in Ukraine?

Kyiv and Washington are at odds again, this time over disruptions to a satellite service developed by Elon Musk's SpaceX and reportedly provided to Ukraine by the US military.

Ukrainian officials say a speed limit was suddenly imposed last week on Starshield, the military-grade version of Starlink, hampering their ability to intercept Russian attack drones.

Zelenskyy has accused the US government of ordering the restrictions. President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio deny that allegation, with Rubio saying Ukraine never had access to Starshield in the first place.

US lawmakers from both parties have called for an investigation, with Republican Representative Mike Turner saying that "lives are at risk." #FrontlineStories
