How do you make custom whitewall tires?! 🛞🚗
Vintage whitewall tires are incredibly expensive and hard to find for modern wheels! Instead of buying custom rubber, car enthusiasts use this incredibly satisfying trick to paint them on!
By putting the wheel on a spinning machine, they can hold a specialized paint roller against the rubber sidewall. As the tire spins, the applicator lays down a perfectly even, thick strip of bright white paint! This completely transforms the look of the car in seconds, giving it that classic retro style without breaking the bank!
