Rep. Dan Phelan on 'Pass on Paxton' video

A brutal new video released by the TX Senate Democratic nominee James Talarico's campaign features several Republicans who say they won't back his Republican opponent, Ken Paxton. In an interview with Erin Burnett, former Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan, a Republican, says that even a tiny shift in GOP support could sway hundreds of thousands of votes: “Just because I wear the same jersey as Ken Paxton does not obligate me to vote for Ken Paxton.”
