In life, there are days when the heart is heavy.
My own little practice to lighten the heavy mind is cleaning.
Cleaning doesn't solve all of your everyday problems right away.
Nevertheless, to some extent, my mind is lightened and I get rest in an orderly space.
Maybe #Minimal Life experiences the result of getting lighter in the process of #emptying or #cleaning.
It seems like a virtue that naturally lightens the weight of the heart.
Among the videos I have taken while cleaning, I collected only the essence and made a calm video.
I hope you can heal even small while watching.
Thank you.
