안녕하세요. 이번에는 육즙뿜뿜하는 3가지 고기(소고기 등심, 이베리코 등심, 양갈비)와
그에 어울리는 각각의 소스를 준비해봤어요.
이번 영상에서 사용한 고기는 옥션에서 판매되고 있는 제품으로 촬영했답니다.
한 번에 이렇게 다양한 고기를 굽고 먹어 본적은 처음이라 정~~말 행복했습니당!

This video is how to enjoy 3 types of meat with sauce ; Beef sirloin, Pork sirloin and lamb chops.
For the first time, I tried fresh wasabi for the beef.
It has a completely different taste from instant wasabi. It’s more sweet and savory.
I enjoy pork with galchi-sok-jeot (salted guts of hairtail).
This sauce goes well with pork, bibimbap and even pasta like anchovy.
Actually, it’s my first time to cook lamb at home.
It’s goes well with cumin seasoning and soy sauce with chili pepper.
