中餐連鎖正面臨廚師招工難、流動性大、口味難標準化的痛點，商用炒菜機器人趁勢興起。透過數位食譜把大廚手藝拆解為精確參數，搭配高精度控溫與行星式翻炒機構，3 分鐘即可出餐，實現味道穩定、降低人力與場地成本。它並非完全取代廚師，而是接手重複的體力翻炒工作，讓廚師專注研發新菜；數位食譜更可協助中餐標準化出海。當前商用場景已經成熟，但家用機仍有成本、備料等難題，精細菜餚依舊存在技術局限。
Chinese‑food chains are troubled by chef shortages, high staff turnover and inconsistent dish flavours. Commercial cooking robots are rising to solve these pain points. Digital recipes convert master‑chef skills into precise parameters. Equipped with high‑precision temperature control and planetary stirring mechanisms, robots can serve dishes within three minutes, delivering consistent taste while cutting labour and venue costs. Instead of fully replacing chefs, they take over repetitive physical stir‑frying work, freeing chefs to focus on recipe innovation. Digital recipes also help Chinese cuisine go global with standardised workflows. Commercial applications are relatively mature, yet household models still face challenges including cost and ingredient preparation. Complex delicate dishes remain technically challenging.
