서울 마장동에서 셰프들은 한국에서만 맛볼 수 있는 한우를 제대로 경험해봤는데요.
평생 기억에 남을 만한 식사로 시작했지만, 마장동의 역사와 이곳을 지켜온 사람들의 이야기를 듣다 보니 어느새 모두에게 꽤 뭉클한 시간이 되기도 했습니다.
이번에는 단순히 특급 한우를 맛보는 것을 넘어, 그 이상의 특별한 경험이었던 것 같아요. 셰프들도 아마 오래도록 잊지 못할 것 같습니다!
