Getting into pour-over, it always looks easy until I actually try (feat. Kalita Wave)

I used to not understand why people use a dripper.
I went on a trip, and the only coffee maker at the BnB was a pour-over dripper, so we ended up using it.
That experience completely changed my mind about pour-over.
I realized how nice it is, the rich aroma while making the coffee, the calming process.
But things always look easy until I actually try :)
It was hard to monitor the pouring, the timer, the milliliters all at the same time (and on top of that monitoring the camera)

+ This is the 1 cup recipe I found:
Use 15g of beans, 250ml of water.
35ml of water for the bloom.
100ml at 30sec.
150ml at 1min.
250ml at 1min 30sec.
Finish at 3min 30sec.
