저는 완벽해야 한다는 마음으로 스스로를 몰아붙이던 시간이 있었습니다.
잘해야 한다는 부담감 때문에 시작을 망설이기도 하고,
잠시 쉬는 것조차 죄책감으로 느껴질 때도 있었어요.
요즘은 조금씩 힘을 빼는 연습을 하고 있습니다.
완벽하지 않아도,
조금 서툴러도,
오늘 할 수 있는 만큼 해내는 것.
꽃을 만들고, 운동을 하고, 평범한 하루를 보내며
조금씩 제 속도를 찾아가고 있습니다.

How have you all been?
There was a time when I kept pushing myself to be perfect
The pressure to do everything well made it hard to even get started
And sometimes, taking a short break would leave me feeling guilty
Lately, I've been learning to slow down a little
It's okay if things aren't perfect
It's okay if I'm still figuring things out
What matters is simply doing what I can today
Making flowers, working out, and enjoying ordinary days
Little by little, I'm finding my own pace again
I hope this video brings you a quiet and relaxing moment
