From a hungry child in Nairobi to a movement across Afric

Nairobi, Kenya and Hangzhou are connected across thousands of miles — all because of a simple lunch. 15 years ago, a group of journalists launched the Free Lunch Program, simply to keep children from going to school on an empty stomach. Today, this kindness has crossed mountains and oceans, reaching 6 African countries and benefiting over 35,000 students. On the September 5，the International Day of Charity, see how this lunch spanning ten thousand miles is quietly changing the world. 💛
