In this episode, Brori the broccoli takes us on a trip inside Eugene's body.

Rice gets chewed into tiny bits in the mouth, squeezed down the esophagus,
and squished into porridge in the stomach.
Villi in the small intestine soak up nutrients and send them through the blood,
and the large intestine squeezes out water until the leftovers become poop.
Kids get to see what actually happens inside each organ.

We also learn what carbs, protein, fat, vitamins and calcium do,
why vegetables help poop come out easily, and why you shouldn't hold it in.
Great for picky eaters and kids who are learning to use the potty.
