While heading to inspect a power tower along the Qinghai section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, electricity workers spotted a wild plateau red fox stuck in a railway fence. Knowing how easily wild animals panic, the workers stepped in with total care. After a gentle rescue, he was finally free!
