1867년 브루사에서 시작된 이스켄데르 케밥은 얇게 썬 도너 케밥에 피데 빵, 토마토소스, 뜨거운 버터, 그리고 신선한 요거트를 곁들여 먹는 터키의 대표적인 전통 음식입니다.

On the final day of our Turkey trip, we stopped in Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire, before returning to Istanbul.
We visited the royal tombs of Osman Gazi, the founder of the Ottoman Empire, and his son Orhan Gazi, along with other members of the Ottoman royal family.
After exploring this historic site, we enjoyed the original Iskender Kebab, a famous dish created in Bursa in 1867.
It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable journey through Turkey.
