Sky's defence and security analyst Professor Michael Clarke says Vladimir Putin is pursuing a new strategy to finish the war in Ukraine this year and warns Russia may launch a major air strike on Kyiv within the next 24 hours.

The warning follows a Ukrainian attack on an oil refinery near Moscow.
