Prime Minister Andy Burnham and security minister Dan Jarvis will pay tribute to those impacted by terrorism at the very first ceremony commemorating the national day for victims and survivors in London.

A prominent survivor of the 2017 Westminster Bridge attack, who spent five years campaigning for this national day, is also expected to speak.
