You see company’s like Crucial have been just issuing refunds for things that don’t work properly and giving back the original amount, meaning the buyer can’t afford to replace it. G.skill however, just gave a replacement instead of going with the shady strategy.
What’s even worse is the Crucial actually MAKES their own RAM while G.Skill has to buy from other companies like Micron, Sk Hynix or otherwise. So G.Skill makes way less money and hurts even more when they replace something, because they also have to replenish their stock at the new insane prices.
