Caring for aging parents: Between duty and self-care

In Indonesia, adult children are expected to provide care to their parents, but many family caregivers face physical and emotional exhaustion. Ares experienced it firsthand while helping her aging mother. After struggling with burnout, she found a caregiver community that helped her realize that caring for others also means caring for herself.
