율무가루팩 만드는 법-
생율무가루 1큰스푼
(진주가루 1큰스푼)
우유, 요거트, 정제수(꿀2스푼) 2 큰스푼

*율무가루는 생율무가루가 효과가 더 좋답니다.

섞어준 후 얼굴과 목에 발라줍니다.
팩으로 한 부분은 약 30분 후에 제거해 주세요.

심한 부분에는
집중적 바른 후 밴드를 붙이고 잡들면
약 1주일 이상 꾸준히 발라주면
더 빠른 효과가 있다고 합니다
