Having a Mortgage Mindset | Zachary Greez | TEDxTASIS England Youth

In this TEDx talk, Zachary encourages others to move beyond self-imposed limits and predetermined expectations, embracing growth through courage, persistence, and action. His message is simple: success begins when people stop waiting for the perfect moment and start taking the first step. Inspired by Reid Hoffman's quote, “If you aren’t embarrassed by the first version of your product, you shipped too late,” Zachary believes that progress comes from learning, adapting, and having the confidence to begin before everything feels perfect. As the 11th Grade Class President, Zachary is passionate about creating opportunities that empower others to succeed. With interests in finance, mortgages, equitable home buying, and addressing income inequality, he is committed to understanding and tackling the economic challenges that impact communities. Beyond leadership, he is currently involved in developing software for NMBNOW, combining technology and innovation to create meaningful solutions. Through this work and personal experiences, he has developed a strong belief in the power of action and execution.
