간장+참기름 베이스로 찌기만 했는데
소스 없이 먹어도 너무너무 맛있었어요!!

1시간 푹 쪘더니 뼈가 쏙 발라져서
먹기도 너무 편하고, 넓적다리만 먹으니
촉촉하고 야들야들하니 너무 맛있는거 있죠!

Today, I prepared North Korean-style boiled chicken to celebrate Malbok, the final day of Korea’s three hottest days of summer! 🍗

The cooking process is simple, but the flavor… definitely isn’t!!!!
I seriously couldn’t stop eating it! 🤤

The sauce is definitely the secret weapon!
It’s made with just soy sauce and sesame oil, and the chicken was simply steamed, but honestly, it was so delicious even without the sauce!!

I steamed it for a full hour, so the meat practically fell right off the bone.
It was also so easy to eat, and the thigh meat was juicy, tender, and incredibly delicious!

You guys should definitely try this North Korean-style chicken for Malbok this year! 🥰
