At nine years old, Ganta Jishnu Aryan has already achieved a Guinness World Records title by recalling 216 decimal places of the Golden Ratio. But in this TEDx talk, he asks us to look beyond the record, the praise and other people's expectations — and discover the direction that comes from within.

For Jishnu, that direction is football. Through stories of scraped knees, losing matches, facing fear and continuing to return to the field, he shares a simple idea: knowing where you are going matters more than knowing where everyone else expects you to go.

His message is for anyone who has ever felt defined by an achievement, a label, or someone else's expectations. Ganta Jishnu Aaryan is a 10-year-old Guinness World Records title holder and an aspiring footballer who believes that age is never a barrier to extraordinary achievement.

He earned global recognition by successfully recalling 216 decimal places of the Golden Ratio (Phi) in one minute, showcasing exceptional memory, focus, and mental discipline. His accomplishment reflects dedication, perseverance, and a passion for challenging himself.

Beyond record-breaking, Jishnu's greatest passion is football. Inspired by Cristiano Ronaldo, he dreams of becoming a professional footballer while embracing the values of hard work, discipline, resilience, confidence, and the courage to dream big.
