Hey guys it’s Jay. This year is the Korean War’s 70th anniversary!
My close friend Ilayda’s grandfather was a Korean War veteran, so we decided to visit some historical landmarks dedicated to people like her grandfather. So we visited the Gloucester Valley Battle Monument and the UN Forces Cremation Facility in Paju and Yeoncheon respectively. Maybe because it was my first time actually visiting these places in person that I felt a mixture of embarrassment and also tremendous gratitude to those who sacrificed their lives here. If you guys live in Korea, it would be a great experience visiting these places. As always, thanks for watching 😋
