Kronos analyzes performance, safety, and architectural trade-offs, and proposes more flexible and efficient directions for handling DRAM disturbance errors. Together, these works trace the evolution of DRAM security research—from the initial discovery of Rowhammer vulnerabilities to modern efforts aimed at building scalable and low-overhead defenses for future memory systems.
