Sinestro has one last card to play in the Lanterns Season 1 finale: if John Stewart charges his ring with the fear lantern, Hal Jordan's Halogram is erased for good. "Rather selfish, don't you think?" But John has figured it out. Noah broke Sinestro out because he is the only one ever to take down a Guardian, and he had him forge the lantern because he wants revenge. Sinestro insists "nature always wins" and warns John to charge that ring before Noah comes for him. John's answer? He walks away and leaves Sinestro chained beside a lake that only brings madness, screaming for Hal. Lanterns Season 1 Episode 8 "Dirt and Stars".
Starring Aaron Pierre as John Stewart, Ulrich Thomsen as Sinestro and Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan. Lanterns Season 1 is streaming on HBO Max.
