Incheon Airport has achieved Level 5, the highest level of the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Customer Experience Accreditation, for the fifth consecutive year!
Since becoming the world’s first airport to achieve Level 5 in 2022,
Incheon Airport has once again brought home this prestigious recognition from Istanbul, Türkiye. 🇹🇷✨
And that’s not all — Incheon Airport also earned four honors in ACI’s service evaluations, including the “Airport of the Year” award! 🏆🏆🏆🏆
