The day you skip is the day it stops working

Reposting this one because it's the message I most want people to take in. How you show up when you don't feel like it is the most important version of showing up. Motivation isn't a daily gift. Anything worth doing is hard, so you repeat it until it becomes automatic and stops being a decision.
