ASMR | Ice Cream Rolls - Daim Caramel Chocolate

I turn Daim into satisfying Ice Cream Rolls with ASMR at the center of the experience from the very first moment. The Daim flavor brings crunchy caramel and smooth milk chocolate into the mix.
Daim is a crunchy caramel bar coated in smooth milk chocolate, and that combination gives me plenty of texture to work with. I use my -30°C frozen pan and my two scrapers to transform it into ice cream, with crunchy pieces staying in the mixture instead of disappearing completely.
The ASMR is a huge part of this one. You get the tapping of the chocolate, the crisp crushing, detailed scraping across the frozen pan, smooth spreading, and the final rolling sounds.
