News24 host Sharri Markson reacts to US President Donald Trump threatening to “annihilate” Iran during his speech at the United Nations General Assembly.
“Despite the president initially indicating it would be a quick war, it now doesn't seem to have an end in sight, with Iran rejecting all peace and nuclear deals,” Ms Markson said.
“The president said he was thinking about annihilating Iran.
“As Trump issued threats against Iran, its delegation walked out of the forum.”
