CEO of Olbareun Farmers, Heesun Moon
After taking over her father’s tangerine farm, Heesun Moon learned about eco-friendly farming and began her own life as a farmer in Jeju. She plans and runs ALLFARMERS MARKET, where farmers sell seasonal produce and food directly to customers. The market supports small-scale, young, and eco-friendly farmers while creating a place where farmers and customers can meet and share their stories. She also runs activities such as farming classes, farm tours, and cooking classes to connect local people with farming and food. She continues to explore ways for farmers to build sustainable lives in Jeju, including growing a variety of crops in small quantities.

아버지가 일구던 감귤농사를 이어받은 뒤 친환경 농업을 배우며 제주에서 농부의 길을 걸어왔다. 농부들이 직접 소비자를 만나 제철 농산물과 가공품을 판매하는 직거래 장터 ‘올바른농부장’을 기획하고 운영하고 있다. 올바른농부장은 소농과 청년농, 친환경 농업인들이 지속적으로 농사를 이어갈 수 있도록 돕고, 농부와 소비자가 서로의 이야기를 나누는 장터를 지향한다. 농부학교와 농장 체험, 요리 수업 등을 통해 농사와 먹거리를 지역 사람들과 나누는 활동도 이어가고 있다. 또한 여러 작물을 소량으로 재배하는 방식을 연구하며, 제주에서 농부들이 지속가능하게 살아갈 수 있는 방법을 꾸준히 모색하고 있다.
