Traditional blade blenders and German-Japanese high-pressure homogenizers rely on mechanical impact and compression to process materials, which come with inherent limitations like heat causing nutrient loss, loud noise, coarse particles, easy emulsion separation, and lots of parts that wear out. Chinese research teams spent ten years developing ultrasonic cavitation technology, using collapsing microbubbles in liquids to release microscopic energy, achieving nanoscale crushing and emulsification throughout the entire space. They also overcame technical bottlenecks like corrosion-resistant titanium alloy probes, uniform sound field arrays, and flow-through reaction chambers. Data shows that its emulsification stability, particle fineness, temperature control, and energy efficiency outperform traditional equipment. This technology not only has potential for home kitchen appliances but can also be applied in the food industry, skincare products, pharmaceuticals, and even extend to lithium batteries and composite materials. By moving away from the old mechanical approach, it represents an original breakthrough in fundamental physical principles, challenging the previous industrial equipment monopoly of Germany and Japan, and is currently at the stage of moving toward industrial application.
