A giant sandwich made with lots of gratitude 🥪🤎

There's a café I go to all the time!
The coffee is great, but more than anything the staff are so kind
and always make a fuss over my baby,
so I've always felt really thankful.

I wanted to give them something,
so I made sandwiches..!! 🥪🥪🥪

I used a Tartine whole wheat slab to make it extra big for sharing,
and packed it with my heart and loads of fillings.

📌 Giant Tartine Whole Wheat Slab Sandwich
❶ Slice the whole wheat slab in half, drizzle with a little olive oil and toast in the oven until golden.
❷ Spread plenty of basil tomato jam on one side.
❸ On the other side, spread a generous layer of basil pesto mixed with mayonnaise.
❹ Layer arugula and sliced tomatoes.
❺ Add cheese and lots and lots of jambon (ham)!
❻ Cover with the bread and cut into 6 pieces. Done 🥪
