When Superman Wasn’t Recognized In Times Square

Henry Cavill revealed the hilarious story behind his real-life experiment to test whether Clark Kent’s simple glasses were actually a believable disguise. To settle the debate, Cavill and a friend headed straight to Times Square in New York City. The actor did not even bother wearing glasses, opting instead to put on a Superman t-shirt and stand directly underneath giant Batman v Superman posters featuring his own face. Despite posing right beneath his massive superhero image, passersby completely ignored him. The only two people who approached the Man of Steel were a stranger asking for directions to Central Station and a coffee shop worker telling him to stop taking photos. Seeing Henry Cavill stand completely unrecognized under a giant billboard of himself while wearing a Superman t-shirt is pure gold. #henrycavill #superman #batmanvsuperman #dc #timessquare #behindthescenes #funny #viral #funnymoments #shorts #comedy #interview #latenight #celebritystories
