石油基塑膠支撐現代工業,但降解週期長久,微塑膠擴散帶來全球性環境威脅。過往 PLA、PHA 等生物塑膠始終逃不過強度、可降解、低成本的不可能三角。中國科研團隊研發 BM 竹基塑膠,不摻入石油類原料,透過藥劑解開竹子纖維的氫鍵,再引導分子重新交聯重構;材料強度、耐溫抗蝕表現優異,普通土壤五十天便可完全降解,回收後仍可維持大部分力學性能。該工藝可直接使用現有注塑設備,竹子生長速度快且不佔耕地,國內擁有成熟竹產業鏈,可應用在日用品、汽車、無人機、醫療農業等領域;目前單位成本高於傳統塑膠,隨產能擴大存在下探空間。影片指出這套分子重構路線跳開舊有化工賽道,為全球塑膠污染難題提供一套新的技術可能性。
Petroleum‑based plastics underpin modern‑industry yet feature extremely long‑degradation cycles, and spreading microplastics bring global‑environmental‑threats. Conventional bio‑plastics such as PLA and PHA cannot break the impossible‑triangle among strength, biodegradability and low‑cost. Chinese research‑team develops BM bamboo‑based plastic free of petroleum‑ingredients. Reagents untie hydrogen‑bonds of bamboo‑cellulose and guide molecules to re‑crosslink and reconstruct. The material delivers good strength, heat‑ and corrosion‑resistance. It fully degrades within 50 days in ordinary‑soil and retains most mechanical‑performance after recycling. Existing injection‑molding‑equipment can be directly adopted. Bamboo grows fast without occupying farm‑land and mature bamboo‑industrial‑chains exist domestically. Applications cover daily‑goods, automobiles, drones, medical‑and‑agricultural‑scenarios. Current unit‑cost is higher than traditional‑plastic and will likely drop with capacity‑expansion. This molecular‑reconstruction‑route breaks old chemical‑industry tracks and provides a new‑technical‑solution for global‑plastic‑pollution challenges.
