傳統電動自行車深陷價格與重量兩大死循環，多數廠商只組裝外部採購的電子零件，難以兼顧品質與售價。小米以消費電子的系統思維切入，憑藉規模供應鏈、生態鏈資源、韌體升級、電池技術累積與現成渠道，試圖解開行業積弊。但機械結構安全、售後體系、國際貿易壁壘、企業投入決心、老牌對手競爭，都是擺在眼前的阻礙。一場傳統車廠與科技企業的產業競賽，才剛剛拉開序幕。
Traditional e‑bikes are trapped in two vicious cycles of price and weight. Most manufacturers only assemble outsourced electronic parts, struggling to balance quality and cost. Xiaomi enters this field with consumer‑electronic system‑oriented thinking. Leveraging large‑scale supply chains, ecosystem resources, firmware over‑the‑air updates, accumulated battery technology and existing sales channels, it tries to resolve long‑standing industry drawbacks. Nevertheless, mechanical safety, after‑sales networks, international trade barriers, corporate commitment and competition from established brands remain major obstacles. The industrial contest between traditional bicycle makers and tech firms has just begun.
