살아있는 이세에비(닭새우)를 눈앞에서 숯불에 구워내는 스페셜 코스가 대표 메뉴인데요. 위아래로 숯을 놓고 굽는 것이 특징이에요.
이어서 숯불에 구운 A5 고베규와 야키토리, 계절 식재료를 사용한 일품요리들로 나왔습니다. 닭 간을 푸아그라처럼 구워낸 야키토리도 인상적이었어요.

The firm, sweet lobster paired with the smoky aroma brings out the natural flavors of the seafood. The course continues with A5 Kobe beef, charcoal-grilled yakitori, and seasonal ingredients, making for a satisfying dining experience from start to finish.
