신문지로 만두를 포장해 논란됐다는 50년 전통 만두집입니다.🥟

50년 동안 직접 손으로 빚은 수제만두를 판매하고 있는 곳인데요.

요즘 물가에도 만두 하나가 개당 500원꼴이라 가격부터 놀라운데, 갓 쪄낸 만두는 투박하면서도 옛날 시장만두 특유의 정겨운 맛이 살아있었습니다.

먹다 보니 괜히 검정고무신 만찐두빵이 생각났습니다.

This 50-year-old dumpling shop became controversial for wrapping its dumplings in newspaper.🥟

For decades, they’ve been making their dumplings by hand and still sell them for around just ₩500 each.

Fresh out of the steamer, the dumplings have that simple, nostalgic flavor you’d expect from an old-school Korean market.

It somehow reminded me of the legendary “man-jjin-du-ppang” scene from the Korean cartoon Black Rubber Shoes.
