How to make real Redwine soap│리얼 레드와인 비누 만들기│Cold Process soap

Today I made some red wine soap that I have made before, since I ran out of them.
The tracing period of the mixture comes very quickly when you make soap out of alcohol, and this mixture was no exception.
The tracing period came within five minutes, so in order to work quickly, I had my ingredients ready and my camera set up beforehand. However, I still couldn’t be quick enough. T.T
If you want to make soap out of alcohol, you have to be ready to work very quickly.
Also, for safety reasons, make sure to boil the drink beforehand to let all the alcohol evaporate, then let it cool.

※ Let's start with the things to be cautious about.

1. Sodium Hydroxide ( NaOH=40.00) is highly alkalic. Please ensure you put on your gloves, safety glasses, and mask at all time to prevent any burns.

2. Please put NaOH into the liquid. Not other way around. (NaOH = Solute, Liquid = Solvent)

3. When using dairy products such as breast milk or milk, please regularly check the temperature of the liquid-NaOH mixture to make sure the temperature doesn't go above 40˚C.

4. Do not touch the soap mixture with bare hands.

5. The finished soap cannot be used immediately. It can be used after six to seven weeks of drying and fermenting in shady and windy place.

오늘은, 예전에 만들어둔 레드와인 비누를 다 써서 오랜만에 또 만들었어요.
술로 비누를 만들면 트레이스가 정말 엄청 빨리 일어나는데,
이번에 만든 와인비누도 예전처럼 5분도 안되서 완전한 트레이스가 일어났어요.
최대한 신속하게 작업하기 위해 재료들을 미리미리 준비하고,
카메라 세팅 또한 빠르게 진행 했는데도 트레이스의 속도를 이길 수 없었어요.. ㅠㅡㅠ
술로 비누를 만드실 분들이라면 작업속도를 아주 빠르게! 해야할 것 같아요.
그리고 술을 사용하실 경우 안전을 위해 반드시 끓여서 알콜을 충분히 날려준 후, 식혀서 사용하시는 것 잊지 마세요 =)

※비누 만들기 전 주의사항

1. 가성소다는 강알칼리성 물질이므로 환기가 잘 되는곳에서 작업을 하시고,
반드시 장갑과 안경, 마스크를 착용하여 화상을 입지 않도록 주의하셔야 합니다.

2. 반드시 액체에 가성소다를 넣으셔야 합니다.
반대로 넣으실 경우 내용물이 튀어 화상의 위험이 있습니다.

3. 모유나 우유와같은 유제품을 사용하 실 경우 가성소다를 섞었을 때 40˚C 이상 올라가지 않도록
온도체크를 틈틈히 해주세요.

4. 비누반죽은 강알칼리성 상태이므로 절대 맨손으로 만지지 마세요.

5. 완성된 비누는 비누화의 안정이 되어있지 않으므로 곧바로 사용할 수 없습니다.
약 6주에서 7주동안 그늘지고 바람이 잘 통하는곳에서 충분한 건조와 숙성을 거친 후에 사용하세요.
