A space where even the time spent waiting for laundry can become a moment of rest.

The balcony at Jamsil Trizium was inspired by laundry spaces abroad, where people often spend time reading or simply relaxing.

While maintaining its original function as a laundry area, the space was designed as a place to unwind and enjoy the view of the forest beyond the windows.

By introducing a new purpose to an everyday space, the balcony offers a quiet moment of relaxation within daily life.
