The same WeChat app delivers noticeably‑different features and user‑experience on iOS, Android and HarmonyOS. This video compares real‑world scenarios including video calls, message push, built‑in camera, mini‑programs, live‑photos, in‑app payments and chat‑record backup. It identifies two major sources of discrepancies: partial adaptation priorities in WeChat porting, and hard constraints from operating‑system‑level permissions, APIs and commercial rules. It explains pain points such as Android fragmentation‑caused background‑push issues and Apple’s platform commission. Practical suggestions for different users are provided. Objectively, full feature parity across the three platforms is unlikely to be achieved in the short‑term.
