이 복어들은 죽변항 죽변수협 어판에서 찍은것들 입니다
밀복 복어국에 고춧가루 넣어서 먹으면 겨울철 별미로 시원한맛이 기가차게 좋습니다
어부현종은 한해 겨울에 밀복을 1리어카넘게 사서 먹습니다
복어를 반으로 갈라 줄에 삘래줄에 널어서 피득피득 마르면
도마위에놓고 칼로 얋게 썰어서 와사비에 찍어 먹으면 맛이 좋습니다
복어를 토막쳐 물에 담궈 피를빼고 소분하여 비닐봉투에 넣어서 냉동했다가
필요시 복어국을 일년 내내 복국을 끓여먹고 쪄서도 먹습니다
예전 내 중학교시절 이웃형님이 정치망배 일본말 오시게를 다녔는데
동료 어부가 복어 큰것1마리 숨겨두는걸 봐뒀다가
잡에올때 슬쩍 훔쳐와 부엌에 그냥두고
방에서 잠을 잤는데 중학교 다니던 딸이 학교 마치고 돌아와
부엌에 있는 복어를보고 이 복어로 복국을 끓여 아버지 밥상을 챠렸는데
맛있게 잘먹고 숨을 쉬지 않았습니다
어린딸이 피와 핏대 독제거하는걸 몰랐지요 일반 생선으로 생각하고
이시절만 하여도 복어가 엄청 큰 것이 많이 잡혔습니다
큰 복어는 배가 불뚝하니 계란 노른자같은 알이 여러개가 들어있었습니다
어부현종은 강원도 아야진과 주문진에서 오징어 낚으로 남바리 내려온
어부들 가르침받고
복어 주낚을 하여보았는데 별로 많이 잡히지 않아 그만 두었지요
그때 복어낚시가 아직 있습니다
금방 잡은 밀복 복어로 끓인 복어국에 고춧가루 넣어서 휘휘져어 먹으면
시원한 그맛이 사람 목숨하고 바꿀만큼 맛이 좋습니다
또한 복어알이 암에 약이된다하여 가끔 복어일을 주으로 오는분들이 있습니다
복어알을 말려서 가루내어 본인 체질에 맞추어 1숫가락 또는 적당량 먹는다고 했습니다
