When Jay wakes up, his neck has been stretched to a ridiculous length.

The doctor still insists the procedure was a success because Jay is now six feet tall — even though almost all of that extra height came from his neck.

And then comes the final insult:

a massive medical bill.

The joke is built around overtreatment and blind reliance on numbers.

The doctor only cares that the measurable target was reached, while completely ignoring whether the patient was actually helped.

It turns a tiny cosmetic problem into something much worse, then still charges full price — a ridiculous satire of irresponsible medical care.
