The New York Police Department have shot and killed a knife-wielding maniac following a stabbing attack on two people.
The female suspect randomly launched a stabbing attack on a male and a female, killing one and leaving another injured.
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani confirmed the death of one of the victims, with the other in hospital but in a stable condition.
