Hello everyone! I'm Gabbett Conboy! Today, I’m going to review The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind (2019).
The story tells the story of a 13-year-old boy named William Kamkwamba who was forced to drop out of school in Malawi, a country in eastern and southern Africa that was ravaged by natural disasters and poverty. In the face of drought, floods, and a fatal famine that engulfed the entire village, he relied on his persistence in physics knowledge to find parts in the scrap pile. He even faced his father's anger and confusion and used an old bicycle to set up a windmill water pump, successfully diverting groundwater and saving the entire village.
